HELP CENTER
This guide is for company administrators, operating leads, and frontline operators. It explains onboarding, collection status, AI recommendations, and how to bring actions into review and learning.
Start with the smallest complete loop: company and members, store authorization, collection, AI analysis, and action review.
An administrator creates the workspace, invites operators and leads, and confirms each member's role.
Connect SP-API and Ads API authorization, then confirm store, marketplace, and advertising Profile ownership.
Enable advertising, order, inventory, and Listing reports and check freshness after the first sync.
Review AI summaries of anomalies, opportunities, and recommendations by ASIN, campaign, keyword, and inventory object.
Confirm budget, bid, negative keyword, keyword, and Listing optimization recommendations by a human reviewer.
Return outcomes, review notes, and metric changes to the team review loop and refine operating standards.
Each role owns a different responsibility surface in the same chain, keeping context out of scattered conversations and spreadsheets.
Check signals that need attention, open the ASIN or advertising object, read the evidence chain, and submit an action draft or handle assigned work.
Review task progress by store, brand line, and member; approve high-impact actions; and monitor spend, conversion shifts, inventory risk, and review outcomes.
Maintain members, permission groups, authorizations, and collection scope while checking runs, audit logs, and key resource boundaries.
These are the most common launch-stage tasks. Verify each one after onboarding is complete.
Open the collection task view and check recent run time, row count, and failure reason by source system, report type, and run status.
Open the detail, confirm the object, metrics, evidence, and constraints, then submit an action draft or mark it for observation.
A lead checks recommendation source, impact scope, and execution risk before confirming, executing, or returning the draft.
Manage access by company, store, Profile, and ASIN so each member sees the data and actions relevant to their role.
When data or access looks wrong, identify the object and time window first, then inspect collection, authorization, and permission state.
Check the latest run status, row count, and duration for the report type. Confirm whether the source report is late or the task did not run.
Check store and advertising Profile status, refresh token state, marketplace scope, and company binding.
Confirm the member's permission group includes the target store, Profile, ASIN, or resource scope and that the correct company is selected.
Start with one store and advertising Profile, run the collection, analysis, review, and learning loop, then expand to more business lines.
